1.      I am not sure if I have an account already, should I go ahead to register an account on the Service Portal (SP)?

No, if you are not sure about this, please first check with us (sent an email to serviceportal@zyxel.com.tw) before you register a new account. If we can locate your company profile, we will inform your local account administrator to create the account for you.

2.      What is the registration flow of registering a new account?

First, if you are from ZyXEL HQ or ZyXEL WuXI, you will need a “From HQ” account. If you are one of our new ZyXEL Partners, you will need a “ZyXEL Subsidiary / Distributor” account.

I.                    From HQ: You will need to give your Employee ID in order for us to verify your identify. Once you were verified, you will receive an email notification to inform your logon information.

II.                  From ZyXEL Subsidiary/Distributor: You will need to file your company profile along with your ZyXEL HQ Rep. Sales contact information. We will verify your identify by Sales and CSO. Once you were verified, you will receive an email notification to inform your logon information.
